What did you do?
Friday: Food and Family Friday (comfortable social interactions with family members-movies, board games, dinner)
Sunday: Sunday Sleeps (a flexible sleep schedule to catch up on energy lost during the week)
Monday: Monday Meditation (a 10-minute ly-down with background music every Monday morning)
Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday (pampering day with baths, facemasks and relaxation)
Chris Holdship:
How did it go?
Week 3 consisted of a less rigorous schedule than last week and elements of strategies are still having to be altered for each, but Chris is still enjoying the differences that each strategy introduces to him.

How did you feel?
Less stressful and more organised after two previous trialling weeks. Occupational health does make mindfulness improvement harder to obtain but it will also be all the more rewarding by the end of the six week program.
How was the client feeling? Client feedback.
Week 3 was an eventful week, more so due to the strategies than sudden changes in the client’s life.
Chris: I’m sure I’ve mentioned it, but the diversity of mindfulness approaches that the program is able to cover is certainly the most beneficial and exciting part of the whole experience. Loving the variety.
Was it successful? Why?
A familiar routine was able to bring a sense of comfort and excitement to the conclusion of the previously stressful week and serves as an encouraging reminder of progress.
What changes need to occur?
Maintaining a flexible program in relation to a client’s occupational, emotional or personal health. Times of strategies can change if it is easier to implement into the client’s lifestyle (e.g.- morning meditation can be moved to the afternoon before bed).
