What did you do?

Friday: Food and Family Friday (comfortable social interactions with family members-movies, board games, dinner)

Sunday: Sunday Sleeps (a flexible sleep schedule to catch up on energy lost during the week)

Monday: Monday Meditation (a 10-minute ly-down with background music every Monday morning)

Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday (pampering day with baths, facemasks and relaxation)

Chris Holdship:

How did it go?

Week 6, the final week, sees the intervention sadly coming to an end. Chris, now fully engaged with the program, still enjoys all the strategies and each separate tackle of improving mindfulness with a new outlook.

How did you feel?

Satisfied with the amount of effort Chris has put in to completing each task with such a busy and demanding occupational and personal life. I feel very proud about his approach to the program and how he has maintained a constant commitment and attitude towards a new routine devised by an experienced ‘proclaimer’. I am very happy with the results of the program and believe the journey will reflect this.

How was the client feeling? Client feedback.

Week 6 demonstrates the client’s balance of each aspect of their life and how much more committed they are to program as it nears its end.

Chris: One of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. It’s sad to see it end on such a high note. Maybe I might keep doing it, who knows?

Was it successful? Why?

The intervention’s close brings forth new insight into the previous six weeks and how our client has tackled multiple adversity thrown at them; unexpected or not. Such an important routine to the day has left our client with a much more positive insight on life, and how being just a little bit more mindful, can make you feel a whole lot better.

What changes need to occur?

For any unmonitored, continued use, implementing personal likes and hobbies can increase the excitement and connection a client will have with the program, once they self select their own problem-solving strategies.
